Final Registration Document Submission
Dates: 7 September–30
November 2026 (Documents must be submitted in person during official
working hours.)
Course Registration Dates: 9–11 September 2026
No announcements will be made to
candidates through any other channel.
International candidates who are eligible
for final registration must notify the Institute by e-mail at baufbe@balikesir.edu.tr. Upon notification, the Institute will assign a
student number to the relevant candidate.
Candidates must pay the applicable tuition
fee within the specified payment period through Halkbank, using their student
number, via the following website: https://bauninternationalfees.balikesir.edu.tr/
Final registration must be completed in
person at our Institute within the dates specified above.
Tuition Fees:
Thesis-Based Master’s and Doctoral
Programs: 56,875.00 TRY (tuition fee per semester)
Occupational Health and Safety Non-Thesis
Master’s Program: 63,000.00 TRY (tuition fee per semester)
Documents Required For Final Registration:

Diploma
or graduation certificate, accompanied by a Turkish translation certified by a
notary or a Turkish diplomatic mission.
·
Undergraduate/graduate
transcript or diploma supplement, accompanied by a Turkish translation
certified by a notary or a Turkish diplomatic mission.
·
A
photocopy of the relevant identification pages of the passport.
·
For
candidates who completed their undergraduate/graduate education abroad:
·
Diploma
Equivalency Certificate for graduates of health-related fields involving clinical
practice and graduates of law programs.
·
Institution
Recognition Certificate confirming that the higher education institution
attended is recognized, for graduates of other fields.
·
Turkish
Proficiency Certificate, if available.
·
Candidates
are required to have achieved C1 level in examinations administered by
officially authorized institutions responsible for Turkish proficiency
examinations.
·
Candidates
who do not obtain the required score in the Turkish Proficiency Examination or
who have not taken the Turkish Proficiency Examination will retain their right
to final registration for one year. Candidates who obtain the required C1-level
Turkish Proficiency Certificate within one year may complete their final
registration and acquire student status. Candidates who fail to meet this
requirement within one year will be dismissed from the Institute.

Candidates
who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education at any higher
education institution in Türkiye are not required to take the Turkish
Proficiency Examination.
·
Candidates
who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education at an institution
abroad where the language of instruction is Turkish are not required to take
the Turkish Proficiency Examination.
·
Residence
permit for educational purposes issued by the Provincial Directorate of
Migration Management, valid until the end of the relevant semester.
·
Proof
of payment of the tuition fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Applications containing false or inaccurate declarations, incomplete or
falsified documents, or documents that do not meet the criteria specified by
the relevant department/program will be excluded from the evaluation process at
any stage, regardless of when the discrepancy is identified.
