Evaluation Results of International Applications Eligible for Final Registration in Graduate Programs for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester

Final registrations will be made in person at our institute.

Tuition Fees:

For Master's and Doctoral Programs with Thesis: 45,000 TL (Annual Tuition Fee)

For Occupational Health and Safety Non-Thesis Master's Program: 31,500 TL (Semester Tuition Fee)

Requirement Documents for Final Registration:

• Diploma or graduation certificate (notarized or Turkish translation certified by Turkish diplomatic missions)
• Undergraduate/graduate transcript or diploma supplement (notarized or Turkish translation certified by Turkish diplomatic missions)
• Photocopy of the identity-related parts of the passport
•  “Diploma Equivalency Certificate” and/or “Higher Education Council Recognition Certificate” for those who completed their undergraduate/graduate education abroad
• Valid foreign language proficiency exam result document (for doctoral candidates)
• For doctoral program applications, candidates must obtain a minimum score of 55 from YDS or YÖKDİL exams, which are held in languages other than their mother tongue, or an equivalent score from an exam recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK/ÜAK). The Senate may decide to increase this minimum score based on the characteristics of the programs to be entered. The validity periods of these exam results are determined by YÖK/ÜAK.
• Turkish Proficiency Certificate (if available)
• Candidates are required to pass the Turkish Proficiency Exam conducted by official institutions authorized to hold the exam at the C1 level
• Candidates who have not obtained a sufficient score in the Turkish Proficiency Exam or have not taken the exam will have their right to final registration reserved for one year. Candidates who obtain the C1 Turkish Proficiency Certificate, which is a necessary requirement within one year, can proceed with the final registration and gain the right to enroll as a student.
• Candidates who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education at any Higher Education Institution in Turkey are not required to take the Turkish Proficiency Exam.
• Candidates who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education in Turkish-medium schools abroad are not required to take the Turkish Proficiency Exam.
• Residence permit document issued by the Provincial Migration Management for educational purposes (valid until the end of the relevant semester)
• Proof of payment for tuition fees

IMPORTANT: Applications with false/misleading information, incomplete and/or tampered documents, and applications that do not meet the criteria of the department will be disqualified at any stage of evaluation.

Öğrenim Ücretleri:

Kesin Kayıt Belgeleri:

• Diploma veya mezuniyet belgesi (noter ya da Türk Dış Temsilcilikleri tarafından onaylanmış Türkçe tercümesi)

• Lisans/lisansüstü not döküm belgesi veya diploma eki (noter ya da Türk Dış Temsilcilikleri tarafından onaylanmış Türkçe tercümesi)

• Pasaportun kimlik ile ilgili kısımlarının fotokopisi

• Lisans/lisansüstü eğitimini yurt dışında tamamlayanlardan "Diploma Denklik Belgesi" ve/veya "Yükseköğretim Kurulu Tanınma Belgesi",

• Geçerli bir yabancı dil sınav sonuç belgesi (doktora adayları için)

• Doktora programlarına başvurular için adayların ana dilleri dışında YDS veya YÖKDİL sınavlarından en az 55 puan veya YÖK/ÜAK tarafından geçerli sayılan bir sınavdan bu puana eş değer bir puan almaları gerekir. Bu asgari puanın girilecek programların özelliklerine göre gerekirse yükseltilmesine Senato karar verir. Bu sınav sonuçlarının geçerlilik süreleri YÖK/ÜAK tarafından belirlenir.

• Türkçe Yeterlik Belgesi (varsa)

• Adayların, Türkçe yeterlik sınavını yapmakla görevli resmî kuruluşların yaptığı sınavları C1 düzeyinde başarmaları gerekir.

• Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavı’nda yeterli puanı alamayanlar ile Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavı’na girmemiş olan adayların kesin kayıt hakkı bir yıl saklı kalır. Bir yıl içerisinde gerekli şart olan C1 Türkçe Yeterlik Belgesini sağlayan adaylar kesin kayıt yaptırıp öğrencilik hakkı kazanırlar.

• Lisans veya yüksek lisans eğitimini Türkiye’deki herhangi bir Yükseköğretim Kurumu’nda tamamlayan adaylardan Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavı’na girme şartı aranmaz.

• Lisans/lisansüstü eğitimini yurt dışında Türkçe eğitim veren okullarda tamamlayan adaylardan Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavı’na girme şartı aranmaz.

• İl Göç İdaresi tarafından verilen öğrenim amaçlı ikamet tezkeresi (ilgili yarıyıl sonuna kadar)

• Öğrenim ücretinin ödendiğine dair belge,

ÖNEMLİ DUYURU: Gerçeğe aykırı/yanlış beyanda bulunanlar ile belgelerinde noksanlık  ve/veya tahrifat olan,  anabilim dalının ölçütlerini karşılamayan belgelerle yapılan başvurular  hangi aşamada olursa olsun değerlendirme dışı bırakılacaktır.
